❤️We are so proud of being part of the team that works with Veterans Village to end homelessness in Las Vegas community.
Our Principal, Jeff Chain, has been helping Veterans Village on the real estate acquisition and investment side. He is an investor in Veterans Village #3 assisted living building and #9 affordable housing building. Jeff and the founder of Veterans Village, ARnold Stalk, PhD, has known each other for more than 30 years. They both have a goal of providing affordable housing to end homelessness in Las Vegas.
Our associate, Minjia Yan, is an active member of the community and participated in the American Institute of Architecture homeless solution presentation in Downtown Las Vegas Zappo Headquarter. Her team came up two micro-housing designs for two of the sites in Las Vegas, one of the sites is a Veterans Village property.
