Millennium has been helping a 501(c) non-profit organization called SHARE Village Las Vegas to provide affordable housing in Downtown Las Vegas since 2013. This nonprofit organization is founded Arnold Stalk, PhD. Its mission is to provide a safe, affordable residential community for homeless Veterans and non-Veterans as well.
SHARE Village currently owns 400 units in the portfolio and another 123 units in a master lease under management. This nonprofit receives many supports from the local community, City of Las Vegas, Clark County, and State of Nevada. Many Las Vegas hotels including MGM, Caesars Palace, and Venetian donate their furnitures, carpets, case goods, and unopened food to us. Windows and roof on Veterans Village #2 campus were replaced for free by a local business. The Wynn Corporation designed and built a crisis center for free with both union and non-union labors. The construction of the crisis center was done in 7 days from start to finish.

SHARE Village is dedicated to the creation of an environment that is home to United States Veterans. This is a unique and innovative approach to holistic and comprehensive housing with 24/7/365 crisis intervention center intensive support services. Public and private collaborative partnerships have been created to provide supplies and services to residents including housing, medical and mental health services, employment training, referrals and placements, food pantry/nutrition programs and transportation to the VA Hospital and primary care clinics.
