Ms. JC Clark has been a Las Vegas resident for over 30 years and is a well- respected, dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience and expertise in the commercial real estate development industry. JC also currently owns her own development advisor company that assists owners/developers with putting together all the required documents for funding sources, entitlement processes all the way through final action to assisting them with getting their projects developed and completed. Ms. Clark has her degree in Interior Design and has contributed her expertise to many Las Vegas Hotel Strip Resort properties as well as she has her Degree in Contract and Construction Management. She is LEED G.A. BPI, OSHA 30, Asbestos, Lead Paint and Mold certified. She was formerly a member of the NAIOP Government Affairs Committee which is responsible for the monitoring of State and local government municipalities through interaction with municipal department heads, staff, and elected officials. Ms. Clark is also a member of the Las Vegas Heals organization which focuses on the health care community and proactive to improve access and delivery of health care in Southern Nevada.
