Overview
Millennium Commercial Properties is a privately held commercial real estate development and brokerage firm. Founded in 1980s by Jeff Chain, the firm has developed over 1,200,000 SF of prime office and retail space and over 5,000 acres of master planned communities including residential, commercial, and industrial space in Phoenix and Las Vegas markets. The largest project was a 2,400 acres land assemblage of a planned 12,000 residential units on the west side of Phoenix.
As a local business based in Las Vegas, we work with local nonprofits and community partners to provide affordable housing in Downtown Las Vegas. We are also active members of local organizations such as Urban Land Institute, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), NAIOP, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Boy Scouts of America, Clark County Bar Association, and UNLV Alumni Association.

We are proud to work with SHARE Village Las Vegas 501c(3), Berkadia, and Freddie Mac to provide affordable housing units in our local community.
SHARE Village Las Vegas was established in 1994 and is an award-winning 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is dedicated to the creation and development of affordable housing villages. This is a unique and innovative approach to holistic and comprehensive housing with 24/7/365 crisis intervention center services complemented with intensive supportive services. Public and private partnerships have been formed to develop and operate affordable housing with collaborative medical and mental health services, salon services, employment referrals and placements, and full service community food pantry/nutrition programs.
